Agreement of said terms of service indicates to us that you understand shipping may take an estimated 3 to 5 business days after the date of purchase. You understand and agree that all shipping information is correct. If shipping information is found incorrect, we will email you asking for the correction. It is on you to confirm the correct address with us if you want to receive your order.

DO NOT ORDER TO A RESHIPPING SERVICE. YOUR ORDER WILL BE CONFISCATED AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT. IF YOU HAVE, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN-TO-SENDER. YOU MUST HAVE THEM DESTROY/DISCORD THE ORDER.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO APOs. THEY REQUIRE A CUSTOMS FORM, WHICH WE WILL NOT PROVIDE.

RE-SHIPMENTS & REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES.

Refunds are not offered except under special circumstances that are subject to change at any time.

Order volumes over 200 capsules will result in receiving two or more packages. This is due to weight restrictions in shipping.
